It has taken over 552 Jones St., formerly a location of Filipino restaurant Tselogs. Owners EJ Macayan and Hitomi Wada will be serving their playful marriage of Filipino and Japanese food, their respective heritages, for takeout only on weekends initially. They soft-opened last weekend and plan to open fully in late October with a tasting menu inside the intimate, counter-only space.
