booking policy:
Your reservation can be adjusted or cancelled for a full refund with 24 hours notice in advance. Cancellation includes decreasing the number of your party. Should your plans change within 24 hours from your reservation, you can transfer the reservation to someone else.
Cancellation requests must be made via email (hello@oxandtiger.co) or via phone (415) 992-3827.

We can only accommodate guests' allergies only when allergy notes are provided in advance. Please add allergy notes to your reservation or send them via email (hello@oxandtiger.co) 48 hours prior to your reservation. If allergy notes are not provided in advance, or if the reservation is made within 48 hours from your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the allergies will be accommodated (dishes may be served as is). Please be sure to include all allergies.
